About Brenda Peterson
Brenda has had a love for Culinary Arts sense she was a little girl. Brenda loved spending time with her family while cooking. During this time Brenda developed a passion for cooking and being able to create new fun dishes. This opened her ability to being creative in what she loves. Brenda decided to go to Culinary Arts school when she was 16 years old. Grateful to God for giving her the opportunities to follow her passion with success. Brenda has been in the industry for over 18 years now climbing all the way up to being a business owner. Brenda has been in business management for most of her working career.
About Steven Yacovetta
Steven started working in Culinary Arts sense he was 13 years old following his oldest brother in to the industry. Steven worked at a mama papa Italian Restaurant in Wheat Ridge Colorado as a busser then moved all the way up to line cook by 16 years old. Steven attended Culinary Arts School at Warren Tech to further his career, During his 3 year program at Warren Tech Steven recieved 3 gold metals and a quality worker award. When Steven was 17 he joined management at a Double Tree Hotel by Hilton as a lead line supervisor. Steven then moved on with his career to a higher end fine dinning restaurant hotel in broomfield colorado at the Omni Interlocken Resort. Steven's time spent at the Omni gave him vast knowledge of the business side of the operation and the finer touches to his specials. At the Omni Steven learned menu development that gave him more ability to learn what his creative skills are today. Steven moved around the metro Colorado areas encountering and working beside many famous Chef's and has appeared on the News and Flatiron Chef Competition. Steven has published several recipes in food magazines. By 2015 Steven was awarded the manager of the 3rd quarter and then followed by manager of the Year at the Omni. Steven was also awarded a Certificate Of Appreciation for the 2015 Chef's Fine Foods & Wine Pairsine Competition. Steven has had many great chef's who supported him and helped groom him all the way up to the Executive Chef Position. Steven's passion for Culinary Arts and his love for his daughter is what drives him to try and do better everyday and feed his guests food that will put a smile on their face's. It pleases Steven to watch the people he cook's for enjoying his creations and asking him for the recipes because they were satisfied with what he make's for them. Steven gives 100% credit to his faith in Jesus Christ for bringing him to where he is at in his life and Steven is very grateful to God for bringing this opportunity of being able to open and operate his own restaurant.
